WHAT IF A SIMPLE WALK COULD OPEN THE DOOR
TO SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT? 🌿
For 30 consecutive days, I’m inviting you to come walk with me.
Not literally, of course! All you have to do is press play, join me on the journey, and be willing to receive.
I’ll be heading out into the beautiful English countryside, sharing conversations, ideas, tools and insights around consciousness, presence, receiving, possibility and creating a life that truly works for you.
These aren’t just conversations to listen to and forget.
They’re invitations to see things differently, question what else is possible, and discover what you can change in your life and living.
During COVID, my daily walks became something really special.
I’d head out with my camera and photograph the flowers, trees, animals, skies and landscapes around me.
But it wasn’t really about the photographs.
Those walks helped me to become much more present.
To notice what was right in front of me.
To slow down.
And, perhaps most importantly, to RECEIVE so much more.
So, come walk with me for 30 days. 🌿
30 days. 30 walks. 30 possibilities to receive and explore something different.
What else is possible?

DAY 2: Come Walk With Me: A 30-Day Exploration.
Join me on my walks, rambles and adventures as we wander through the countryside and walk & talk about all things consciousness. There’ll be nature, movement, exploration, curiosity and plenty of conversations about consciousness, presence, receiving and whatever else arises along the way.
DAY 3: Being the Butterfly Effect
WHAT RIPPLE ARE YOU CREATING TODAY? We often think that to make a difference, we have to do something BIG. But what if we don’t? What if a smile, a kind word, a choice, a moment of presence — something that seems completely insignificant to us — creates a ripple that travels far beyond anything we’ll ever know? That’s what I’m exploring in Day 3..
And perhaps take this question with you today…
What ripple am I creating simply by being me?
DAY 6: Gratitude and the 5 Elements of Intimacy
Come walk with me over the next few days fora look at the five elements of intimacy!!
Today we’re going to start with gratitude and how when you can have more gratitude in your life you start to change the relationship that you have with you, your body and with everyone else around you.
DAY 7: Trust and the 5 Elements of Intimacy
Come walk with me over the next few days for a look at the five elements of intimacy!! Today we’re continuing with the element of TRUST and how when you trust you and the universe this can contribute in creating the magic and miracles required for what ever it is you are asking for to show up with more ease joy and glory.
DAY 8: What capacity do you have that you haven’t acknowledged?
What capacity do you have that you are not acknowledging? Maybe you have a capacity for speed? When you ask that as a question and you get an awareness around what your capacities are then maybe you don’t have to make yourself so wrong for being different!
DAY 9: Allowance and the 5 Elements of Intimacy
What does it actually mean to be in allowance? Does it mean letting people walk all over you? Being a doormat? Accepting everything somebody else chooses? Today I’m exploring allowance — and what it might look like to allow ourselves and others to make choices without getting stuck in judgement or our points of view about them. And perhaps the person we find hardest to be in allowance of is… ourselves. What changes when we stop judging ourselves for our choices, our behaviours and all those things we think we should or shouldn’t have done?
DAY 10: Honour and the 5 Elements Of Intimacy
What does it actually mean to honour someone? Is it about agreeing with them, accommodating them, or trying to make a relationship work? Or could honouring someone simply be allowing them to be exactly who they are — without judgement, expectations or the need to change them?
Today I’m exploring honour, and, perhaps most importantly, what it means to honour ourselves. How often do we make time for everybody and everything else… and put ourselves somewhere at the bottom of the list?
DAY 11: Vulnerability and the 5 Elements Of Intimacy
What if vulnerability wasn’t weakness at all? What if it was the willingness to live without the walls and barriers we put up to protect ourselves?
Today I’m exploring vulnerability — the final of the 5 Elements of Intimacy — and what might change if, instead of contracting or shutting down when something feels uncomfortable, we could allow it to simply flow around and past us.
What could you receive if you didn’t need to protect yourself from the world?
DAY 12: Follow What’s True For You
What if you know far more than you’ve ever acknowledged?
Today I’m exploring what it is to follow your own awareness and knowing, to live in the question rather than searching outside yourself for the “right” answer, and to discover what’s actually true for you.
What do you know that you haven’t yet acknowledged you know?
DAY 13: All Of Life Comes To Us With Ease, Joy And Glory
On Day 13, come walk with me as we play with the Access Consciousness mantra “All of life comes to me with ease, joy and glory.”
We explore saying it together, letting go of getting it perfect, and the invitation to repeat it 10 times morning and evening for 30 days.
What might change if you really allowed more ease, joy and glory into your life?
DAY 14: Change And Possibilities With Access Bars And Foundation
What if some of the things you’ve decided are fixed in your life… aren't actually fixed at all?
Today I’m exploring Access Bars and the Foundation class, and how letting go of some of our accumulated points of view, judgements and conclusions can create space for different choices and new possibilities.
What could change if you were willing to see your life from a completely different point of view?
DAY 15: Pulling Energy To Get What You’re Asking For
What if creating what you’re asking for could be much more playful?
Today I’m exploring pulling energy — getting clear about what you’re asking for, tapping into the energy of what your life would be like if you already had it, and then noticing and following what shows up… without becoming attached to how it has to happen.
What are you asking for — and what energy could you start inviting into your life today?
DAY 16: Who or What Are You Choosing For?
How often do you say yes because you genuinely want to — and how often is it because you don't want to disappoint somebody else?
Today I’m exploring what it means to be committed to your own choices, and how asking a few simple questions can help us recognise when we're choosing for ourselves and when we're allowing other people to influence our choices.
Who — or what — are you choosing for?
DAY 17: What Are Your Limiting Points Of View?
What if some of the things you’ve always assumed are simply “true” are actually just points of view you've picked up along the way?
Today I’m exploring how our points of view about our bodies, money, relationships and life can become invisible limitations — particularly when we don't even realise we have them.
What point of view do you have that might be limiting the change and possibilities available to you?
DAY 18: Destroy & Uncreate The Relationship Each Day
What if you could meet the people in your life fresh every single day, without all the judgements, expectations and experiences of the past coming with you?
Today I’m exploring the Foundation concept of destroying and uncreating our relationships — not to end them, but to let go of what we've accumulated and discover what else could be created.
What could become possible if yesterday no longer had to define your relationships today?
DAY 19: What If You Changed Just One Thing?
What if changing something in your life didn't require a huge leap?
Today I’m exploring what happens when we step out of autopilot, interrupt our usual routines and choose even one tiny thing differently. That small choice might just open a door to a possibility we hadn't considered before.
What could you choose differently today — and what might that create?
DAY 20: What Else Is Possible?
What if one simple question could open the door to possibilities you haven't even considered?
Today I’m playing with “What else is possible?” — not only when we'd like something to change, but when life is already going brilliantly. Rather than reaching a conclusion, what if we could stay curious and see what else might show up?
What else is possible that you've never even considered?
DAY 21: 3 Simple Tools to Change Your Money Flows
What if changing your money reality started with changing your relationship with money?
Today I’m sharing three practical tools to play with — creating an honouring account, carrying cash and getting really clear about your finances — all designed to invite you out of the energy of lack and into a greater awareness of having.
What would your life be like if you truly had money?
DAY 22: What If You Stopped Looking for Validation?
How often do we look to other people for acknowledgement, validation, gratitude or love — without recognising what we aren't giving to ourselves?
Today I’m exploring self-acknowledgement and what can change when we begin to recognise who we are, the choices we've made and what we're creating, rather than waiting for somebody else to do it for us.
What could change if you truly began to acknowledge you?
